Members of the Federation

The following may become members of the Federation:

• Individuals: players, coaches, judges, organizers, backgammon enthusiasts;
• Legal entities: clubs, regional federations, educational and cultural organizations that hold tournaments or training programs.

• Sharing the goals and principles of the Federation: respect for the game, development, honesty, openness.
• Active participation in the life of the community: participation in tournaments, projects, promotion of backgammon.
• Readiness to comply with the Charter and internal regulations of the Federation.
• Age: not younger than 16 years (for individuals).
• Reputational transparency (no disqualifications for unsportsmanlike behavior).

1. Submit an application via the official website or by e-mail (application form + cover letter).
2. Provision of a document:
   • Individuals — passport / identity card
   • Legal entities — a copy of the organization's charter and registration documents
3. Payment of the entry fee (if required).
4. Consideration of the application by the Federation Council — up to 30 calendar days.
5. Receiving confirmation and assignment of a registration number of a member of the Federation.

• Participation in official tournaments and rating system
• Access to training materials, seminars and workshops
• Possibility of election to governing bodies
• Representation of the interests of your country or region in the international arena
• Using member status to organize your own events

• Compliance with the Charter and decisions of the Federation bodies
• Respectful behavior in all games and events
• Regular participation in tournaments or projects (or an active position)
• Maintaining a positive image of the Federation
• Payment of the annual membership fee (if established)

• Repeated violations of game ethics
• Failure to comply with the charter and internal regulations
• Violations of sports or civil discipline
• Inaccurate information when submitting an application
• Refusal to participate in the activities of the Federation for more than 2 years in a row
