Federation of Sports Backgammon of Kyrgyzstan
The public association "Federation of Sports Backgammon of Kyrgyzstan" was founded on September 28, 2015. The Federation is registered in the state registry, possesses its own charter and official seal, and has a membership of 260 individuals.

The Federation annually organizes the Bishkek Open Championships and the Bishkek Mayor’s Cup tournaments, fostering the development of competitive backgammon and providing athletes with more opportunities to gain tournament experience.
Representatives from Kyrgyzstan have achieved success in international competitions. At the Asian Grand Prix held in October 2026, Taalaibek Aimambetov won the main tournament in the "long backgammon" (longgammon) category, while another competitor from Kyrgyzstan took third place.
The inaugural Championship of Kyrgyzstan in competitive backgammon is scheduled to take place in 2026.
